All original tags and labels must be intact
Be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.
It must be returned in its original packaging
You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation
We reserve the right to deny a return if the item does not meet these criteria.
📩 How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

A brief explanation for the return
Photos (if applicable) to help us assess the condition of the item
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will send you:
A prepaid return shipping label
Clear instructions on how and where to send the return
⚠️ Please do not return items without prior authorization, as we cannot guarantee a refund or acceptance of unauthorized returns.
🔁 Exchanges
We currently do not process direct item-for-item exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product:
Submit a return request for the original item
Once approved, place a new order for the desired item
This ensures you receive your new item quickly and with guaranteed availability.
🚚 Return Shipping
Return shipping is free for approved returns within the return window.
If the item is returned due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind), shipping costs may be deducted from the final refund unless otherwise stated.
🛠 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos for quality control and to improve our processes. Upon verification, we will offer a replacement, refund, or alternative resolution at no additional cost to you.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items

🌍 European Union Customers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order was shipped to a country within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day “cooling-off” period. This allows you to cancel or return your purchase for any reason within 14 days of receipt.
Conditions:
Items must be in unused, original condition
All tags and packaging must be intact
Proof of purchase is required

💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
A refund will be processed to your original payment method
It may take up to 10 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider
If your return is denied, we will provide a reason and offer to return the item to you at your expense.
⏱ Delayed Refunds
